Is there a Baby Bill of Rights?

Well, our Constitution's Bill of Rights encompasses all Americans, of which babies born here certainly meet that requirement.

Unfortunately, the unborn don't quite share the same rights as those who have "officially" entered this world through birth. Come to think of it...many of us have lost sight of the rights of babies born and unborn.

God's law always supercedes any man made law. Therefore I wish to present the following Baby Bill of Rights to include all children from conception on...which I know will be pleasing to the Creator...especially when we look at our current culture of death where the unborn baby is so often "legally" disposed of.

Due to the fact that babies can not speak for themselves, much less defend themselves, I have elected to declare these rights on their behalf. They are as follows:

1) I have the right to be cared for by my Mom from my conception through my birth

2) I have the right to be properly nourished through my Mom's caring for herself

3) I have the right to not be abused with drugs, tobacco, or alcohol while I am in my Mom

4) I have the right to have my prenatal care taken seriously

5) I have the right to be imperfect and still know my Mom will take good care of me

6) I have the right be given to a loving family if my Mom can't or won't take care of me after my birth

7) I have the right to be treated as a human being, equal in every way, before and after my birth

8) I have the right to be protected by law before my birth

9) I have the right to grow in my Mom's womb unhindered by human hands for political expediency

10) I have the God-given right to be BORN...period!

There is absolutely NO excuse for violating these basic human rights for all innocent human life!
